Trips sold through this website are arranged and invoiced by Genuine Lanka Holiday & Tours (Pvt) Ltd, trading as Genuine Sri Lankans, licensed by the Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority under SLTDA/SQA/PRO/TA/01094.

Prices are quoted for your specific dates and party, and are held only for the period stated on the quote. Hotel availability is not guaranteed until we confirm it in writing.

The only published price on this website is “hotels from US$45 a night”. Every other rate is quoted individually.

Nothing is paid through this website. There is no checkout, no card form and no deposit taken online. Payment arrangements are agreed with your planner directly and confirmed in writing before anything is due.

Deposit, payment and cancellation conditions depend on the hotels on your trip and the season you travel in, so we set them out for your specific itinerary rather than publishing one rule that would be wrong for most bookings.

You will have them in writing on your quote and confirmation before you are asked to pay anything. Ask your planner at any point and we will restate them.

Changes before you travel are normally straightforward: add a night, swap a hotel or reorder the stops, and we requote. Whether a change carries a cost depends on what the hotels allow for your dates, and we will tell you before you commit to it.

Where your trip combines accommodation with transport or tours, your confirmation states exactly what is included and who operates each part. Tours and driving are both run by us.

Hotels set their own conditions of stay, and national parks and heritage sites set their own opening hours, entrance fees and closures. We will tell you what we know and rearrange a day where we can, but we do not control them.
